Jarosław has over 16 years of experience in investment banking in Poland and EMEA. A veteran of UniCredit CAIB, and ING, he has been engaged in >50 deals in ECM, M&A and DCM, many of which were landmark transactions involving CEE blue chips and quality high-growth mid-caps.

At the core of the plans for future economic growth in the EU lies the Capital Markets Union - a plan from the European Commission to mobilise capital and energise growth throughout the 28 nations of the EU, in all forms of investment but with a particular focus on SME financing.

To this end, as part of the 2nd Annual CEE Capital Markets Awards, we are teaming up with Exchange Invest, the leading source of markets news worldwide, to create the Inaugural CEE CMU Forum, a seminar oriented to understanding and furthering the delivery of the CMU with a particular focus on the EU east of the Oder.
