Matchmaking Forms: Connecting Great Companies with Smart Money.
The aim of the CEE Capital Markets Matchmaking Summit is to connect Great Companies with Smart Institutional Investors, focusing on 3 stages in a company’s capital raising life-cycle: Start-Ups; Expansion Stage; and Undiscovered Gems. Our geographic coverage is limited to the Central Eastern Europe region, from the Baltic Sea stretching to the Black Sea. We are open to all industries, including all X-Tech initiatives as well as old-economy ideas that encompass disruptive business models. We welcome private companies backed by angel investors or VC’s, promising young companies with high-growth potential, as well as publicly-listed companies with little research coverage. We are limited to just 49 CEE-based companies in this Matchmaking platform.
The process is as follows:
a) All companies in capital-raising mode must be pre-qualified and submit your Application at the link below. You should choose your category from one of the three “drop-down” menus. After submission, we will confirm your Registration within 2 days.
StartUp Pitches: 15 brilliant or brash business ideas (for those looking for 100,000 euro to 500,000 euro). (5 min presentation). Registration fee of €245 (includes 2 Tickets to attend the evening Awards Gala, plus Logo randing/Promotion at the full event and Awards Gala).
“Expansion or Next Stage”: 5 revenue-generating companies in next stage of financing (Euro 500,000 -5,000,000). (10 min presentation). Registration fee of €495 (includes 2 Tickets to attend the evening Awards Gala, plus Logo Branding/Promotion at the full event and Awards Gala).
b) Institutional Investors have a faster and simpler registration process: we only want to know what types of companies you are looking for, what stage and what “ticket size” you are interested in. (This is not a platform for private individuals or angel-investors.) Qualified Institutional Investors are Complimentary to the Matchmaking Summit.
